Reserved Parking Space Request

For requesting NEW individual or NEW departmental reserved spaces. Please note:

  • Reserved spaces are available for faculty and staff only. Students may not purchase reserved spaces.
  • This form serves as a request only – all reserved spaces must be approved by PTS.
  • Payment for reserved spaces is due before installation.
  • Reserved space price is in addition to the cost of an Annual Individual or Carpool Permit. Customers are required to purchase a permit before requesting a reserved space.
  • Individual customers may request only one (1) reserved space.

  • Only the requested amount will be payroll deducted and must be the full amount per each citation.
  • Cancellations must be in advance of the date of deduction, a 24-hour notice (404) 894-0059.
  • Checking the 'I Agree' button below, I, the Employee will enter and approve the information and authorize the Parking Office to submit this request to the Payroll Office for payroll deduction.

Maintenance Request Form

The following Maintenance Request Form may be used to report issues such as potholes, broken gates, etc. This form should only be used for maintenance services.

Visitors Validations Request Form

Complete the form below to request validation stickers for departmental visitors or special guests. Allow three (3) business days for processing.  All visitors are required to display a validation credential while on campus. Customers who lose their tickets are subject to paying the posted lost ticket fee upon exit. All validations expire after August 14 each year. Unused validations cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred after the expiration date. For further questions, please contact our office directly.

Flat rate: $15/day (5 validation minimum order)

If the lot entrance ticket is lost, the voucher value will be $20.
If the lot entrance ticket is lost, the voucher value will be $20.
A minimum order of five (5) validations is required for both flat rate and hourly validations.

Stinger and Trolley Rental Request

Disclaimer

Requests must be made no later than one week prior to event. During the academic school year rentals are not provided Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.* (some exceptions may apply). Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Institute vehicles. Rentals will be approved based upon vehicle and/or driver availability. Directions to off-campus locations must be approved by the chartering party.

Cancellations, changes, and additions require, in advance of the date of service, a 72-hour advance written notice.

For campus departments, any charter service requested after June 1 will require a valid Peoplesoft number for the upcoming fiscal year. 

The contact person is responsible for requesting additional services and to verify start/end service times. Service that last more than 15 minutes past the estimated service hours will be charged an additional service hour.

Payment Information
All off-campus organizations are required to pay at least 72 hours prior to the event start time. Please visit the PTS office to pay via credit or cash. Checks may be mailed to or paid in the office. The PTS office address is 828 W. Peachtree St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30332. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Out-of-Area Parking Request Form

When a customer's assigned parking area is full, (s)he should submit the following form immediately after parking in an adjacent ungated non-residential parking area (excludes E44-Lyman Hall lot, visitor lots, metered parking spaces, and reserved spaces). Customers will receive an "Out of Area Reference Number" confirming this request. This form may also be used to report gate access issues. GT login is required to submit form. This service is only available for current GT permit holders (excludes SmartPark). If login is not available, contact PTS at 404-385-7275.
