Special Event Parking Request

Parking is a vital part of special events at Georgia Tech. Complete this form to inform PTS of your special events parking needs. Please note:

  • Submit one form per event.
  • Requests should be submitted at least three weeks (but no more than six months) before the event start date per Events Logistics Committee guidelines. 
  • Submitting this form does not guarantee event accommodations or parking location availability.  
  • Fees apply for parking accommodations, staffing, equipment and signage. 
  • After this form is submitted, a PTS representative will contact you within 72 business hours to discuss estimated costs, parking accommodations, staffing and equipment/signage needs. 
  • Be sure to read Georgia Tech's Fall Campus Event Guidelines in the Covid-19 Environment before planning your event.
