Other Shuttles image

PTS operates direct shuttles to various off-campus destinations, including Emory University, the Technology Exchange Park, and outlet and grocery stores.

Each service complies with the recommendations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Boarding fees or IDs are not required to use the transit system, except where indicated.

New Transit Service for 2016-2017: 

PTS introduces the Tech Square Express, a new route that will provide direct service from Clough Undergraduate Learning Center to Tech Square.

Emory Shuttle

The Emory Shuttle provides direct service between Georgia Tech and Emory University. Passengers may connect to other Georgia Tech transit services at Ferst Drive and Atlantic Drive or the Midtown MARTA Station.

Summer 2017 Schedule for Emory Shuttle

The Emory Shuttle will operate on a reduced schedule starting Monday, May 8, 2017 from 8:15 am to 4:58 pm. The shuttle will stop at all existing bus stops (Ferst & Atlantic, MARTA Midtown, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Clifton & Wesley Woods, Clifton & Gatewood, Andrews Circle/HSRB, and Woodruff Circle).

The shuttle will arrive at Georgia Tech approximately every hour and fifteen minutes. The last drop off at Emory is scheduled for 4:17 pm. The last drop off at Georgia Tech will be at 4:58 pm.

NOTE: A 15 passenger Stingerette van will be used instead of the Emory Shuttle bus for summer service. Boarding is first come, first serve. No entire classes please.

Grocery Shuttle

On weekends, the Weekend Grocery Shuttle transports students to the Publix grocery store at Atlantic Station. Shuttles operate on Saturdays and Sundays only between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Shuttles operate every 60 minutes. A map of the Weekend Grocery Shuttle can be found here. NARA-TEP Shuttle

The NARA-TEP Shuttle services the North Avenue Research Area (NARA) and the Technology Exchange Park (TEP). Tech Square Express

Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., fall and spring semesters only.

The Tech Square Express provides direct service from the Clough Undergraduate Learning Center to Tech Square and the Scheller College of Business.

The Tech Square Express will stop operating for Summer on Friday, May 5, 2017.

Outlet Shoppes Shuttle

The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta offers a free shuttle from campus to the outlet mall in Woodstock on Sunday afternoons. All shuttle trips include a free coupon book worth over $300 in savings. To reserve a seat on an upcoming shuttle, call 678-540-7040.
