A section of 5th Street (from Fowler Street to Techwood Drive) will be closed for construction on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Tech Trolleys and Blue and Red Stingers will be re-routed to 4th Street during this project.
