Stingerette Upgrade is Here.

The Stingerette ride request system has been upgraded. To use the new system, all customers are required to re-create their Stingerette accounts
via the following steps:

  1. Update your smartphone app here.
  2. Sign in with your GT Username and Password in the app or online here.
  3. Update your profile with a valid phone number and preferred notification type.


What's new in the Stingerette app?

ETA improvements
If you're not next to be picked up, we'll let you know an ETA range for when you can expect your driver to arrive. When you're next to be picked up, we'll notify you with an approximate ETA.
Tip: Be sure to update your preferred notification type (default = text message) in your Rider Profile!

Real-time updates
Always track your Stingerette ride using the Stingerette Android and iOS apps, or through the web request interface at You will also receive notifications about your ride status real-time.

Vehicle transparency
You can find more details about your assigned Stingerette driver and details about the vehicle they'll be driving.

Post-ride feedback
You can now rate the app and your ride by sharing feedback after every trip!
