A reduced number of Trolleys and Red and Blue Stingers will operate during Spring Break, which will increase wait times at each stop.
Red and Blue Stingers will operate from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
The Weekend Grocery Shuttle will operate using its normal route and schedule EXCEPT Sunday, March 18. Stops along Techwood Drive and at North Avenue Apartments will be closed due to the Publix Georgia Marathon.
The Midnight Rambler will operate on March 17, 18, 24 and 25 only. It will not operate on weekdays during Spring Break.
Tech Trolley, Green Stingers and the Emory Shuttle will operate their normal schedules throughout the entire week.
Stingerette will also be available for rides between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. each night. Call 5-RIDE (404-385-7433) or visit www.stingerette.com to schedule a ride.
Normal parking regulations will be in effect during Spring Break. Please be sure that your parking permit is displayed properly to avoid citations or towing. If you are leaving campus early, please call (404)385-PARK to find alternate parking.
Publix Georgia Marathon (ER51 and W01 Only)
The Publix Georgia Marathon will be held Sunday, March 18, 2012. Please move your vehicles from the following areas before Sunday at 5:00 a.m.:
-ER51: Techwood Drive from Ferst Drive to North Avenue
-W01: Tech Parkway from North Avenue to Means Street
If you are leaving your car on campus during Spring Break, please park in your assigned permit area in locations other than the areas above or call (404)385-PARK to find alternate parking.
GTPD will be towing vehicles from these areas in order to clear the course for marathon participants. Towed cars will be removed from campus and taken to an off-site location.
If you think your car has been towed, first, please go to http://ga.towedcar.com and follow the instructions. If that does not provide the results you are searching for, please call GTPD at 404-894-2500.
